Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays, suspension of services, or termination of the project. Any outstanding balances remain due even if services are suspended.
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun. If a client cancels a project after work has started, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, branding elements, layouts, designs, and code, is the property of BrightSide Web unless otherwise stated. Clients receive ownership rights to their completed website only after full payment has been received. Until full payment is made, BrightSide Web retains ownership of all design files, development files, and related materials. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any website content without prior written permission.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the scope of work and client responsiveness. Clients are responsible for providing required materials such as content, images, and branding assets in a timely manner. Revisions may be limited according to the agreed project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Web design and development are digital services that involve time, planning, creative work, and technical implementation. Each website is uniquely built to fit the client’s requested design, functionality, branding, and structure. Due to this customization, there is no physical product to return and no resale value once work has been completed.
Before beginning development, we work closely with each client to understand their vision, goals, and design preferences. Clients are given opportunities to review and request revisions according to the agreed project scope. This collaborative process ensures that the final product is customized to the client’s liking, minimizing the need for dissatisfaction or cancellation.
Deposits made to begin a project are non-refundable, as they secure your project slot and cover initial planning, design, and development work. Once work has started, payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
While we do not offer returns or standard refunds due to the custom nature of our services, we are committed to client satisfaction. If concerns arise during the project, we encourage clients to communicate with us promptly so we can address issues within the scope of the agreed services.
